Rule 1.....Dont attempt repeated starts at hillclimbs by dropping the clutch at high revs....
Rule 2.....Never assume a pool of green coloured liquid on the floor is from another car....
Rule 3.....Join the RAC or AA....

In my conversations with Gamberini, the Italian engine builders a few years ago, they were not happy to supply an uprated Aurelia engine without also supplying a 'special' clutch plate with uprated springs as the clutch was seen as a weak point when there is extra power. They also strongly suggested fitting larger Flaminia type inner drive shafts to the transaxle.
