This event will be held over the week-end of 26th-28th July.
Group C racing will feature again, with a race on Saturday evening into the dusk, bringing back memories of Le Mans 24hrs past and present.

Let's hope they cut back on the security this year.

As a number of you who attended last year know, I won’t be organising our display this year.

I’ve done it for a few years and it’s probably time for a change of approach as the numbers have stagnated at around a dozen cars at best. I believe it could be a much bigger event in the club calendar (summer version of the NEC?) and maybe someone else will have some better ideas to get more members involved.

I’m also very busy this year with other things and the 3 days at Silverstone plus lead in time is probably too much for one person.

Thank you very much to everyone who brought their car along in the past and enjoyed the day, if anyone wants to take it on for this year, I am very happy to give any guidance through the Silverstone organisational process, and it is very rewarding to see a good varied display of Lancias being admired and their owners discovering what a great event this really is.

The LMC is now a registered car club for this year’s Silverstone Classic. This entitles a 2 for 1 ticket deal and infield parking. The car club ticket discount booking code is C13280. Please note that the car club ticket discount code ends 31 May!

I've sent out an email on behalf of Charles to all UK members this lunchtime with details of the event and links to this thread and the booking page (with the code pre-inserted).

Thanks for taking this on Charles, it would have been a shame to let the momentum of the last few years slip away.
You seem to have it all under control but if you have any questions you think I might be able to help with please pm me.

I only filled out the forms and handed over £10 to the organisers. Everything else has been done by Steve and Tim. So thanks guys.

I have just booked tickets myself and will be taking Flaminia PF.

I will be there on the Saturday with the Flaminia GT, being my first time, are there any instructions to find others in the infield or will the marshals know where to park me? Also I noticed the LMC is not mentioned on their website as registered car club.

Jay, that maybe because it was a bit last minute club entry but they should know where the LMC area is (roughly!) still, it's rather fun cruising around trying to find it ... I've always arrived around 8am giving enough time to chat, get coffee and go find somewhere to watch the racing. Most of the stands are open you can go where you like (including the pits). Shame I can't go this year as I'm busy that weekend.
