James, three words, Rosso san Siro. A year down the line and Jonathan and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Orange rules! - go for it! Robin.

I'm interested in the possibility of fitting Fulvia 1.6 pistons in my Lambda, which has a bore of 83.00 mm. Does anyone have a drawing of such a piston, or even a piston they could measure. Obviously I'm interested in the gudgeon pin size and position, weight with pin and rings and shape of the crown. Also, does anyone have a spare set? Regards, John

Hello James. If any of them are 83 mm diameter, I would like to know their weight, complete with rings and pins and the size and position of the pins. I like the idea of fitting pistons to my Lambda which will "fill up" all the available combustion chamber space. If you could either photograph one or draw it, that would be even better. I have never even seen one! Regards, John

No, it's probably me. Something about the contrast of a sober colour on that type of car.
