well chaps, sorry to do this to you but I've sold the car  HOWEVER !!!! I've bought another to restore so when I get time to start on it I will keep you up to speed, so I wont be coming to the AGM in it as planned , on the plus side I do get more enjoyment out of working on them than driving them so atleast i'll have some more fun

I suspect that is the reason he sold it, and will probably sell the new one before sorting out the colour on that one as well..........!!!!

to answer you both, I have chose the colour I want on my "next" car, I'm pretty gutted to have sold it but in a sense I'm lucky to be in the position where 2 of my cars sold without advertising and extremely quickly .
Reason I sold them, I'm 40 this year and I really need to stop playing around and think about my pension/ future so sold the cars to invest for my future, luckily I've managed to get another rough HF and between myself and Dad we have 4 more aprilias, now that I know them both inside out either should be quick for me to replace / restore
anyway, it will keep me posting for a while longer!!!

A Lancia pension pot !!!! I have never seen that promoted in the FT, but it will, in your capable hands, prove to perform (in more ways than one!!) significantly better than many of the more conventional funds.

Well done James and glad to know that you will be keeping us informed and inspired for a while yet.

received my replacement shell today, big smiles in the Parry household tonight, I did feel physically sick when I sold the other car however this one has as much potential so happy again  , will put picks up when I start on it which will be in a few months time when I get the back log of "sold" cars finished ,
