Arosa Classic 2013
«

Now in it's 9th year the Arosa Classic is a hill climb on a closed public road covering 5 miles based at the Swiss ski resort of Arosa.
There are several classes, one for competition and a couple for classic cars where the aim is to match your time over two runs.
There were several Lancias there this year including 2 Fulvia HF, 2 Stratos, a 037 and 2 Delta S4. The Stratos and S4 were both quickest in their classes, but not the actual winners!
A few photos below, it was great to see the S4 being driven in anger again!

Mmmmmmm. I'm imagining the conversation when the family realise that "by coincidence" there "just happens to be" a hillclimb a couple of miles away from where I lured them to for a holiday.
Perhaps their surprise would be all the more if there turned out NOT to be a car event just down the road.
