It might be that the body structure is OK, impossible to see how deep the surface rust goes, but it would seem to have got a hold in places where rust is quite unusual in these cars. Engine is probably mainly scrap, thanks to poor storage.
Whoever stripped the car and engine and then left it (by appearances) out in the open near the sea, should be banned from owning old cars.
