Aurelia Braking System circa 1954??

A member of the public came onto the LMC stand at the NEC and posed a question that none of the members there at the time could answer. What braking system did the Aurelia B20 use around 1954?
The reason behind his query was that he is restoring a 1954 Pegasso and had got it into his head that the cars used the same braking system - French Lockheed. He cannot find the correct master cylinder and hoped we could help.
We were all pretty certain that the Aurelia didn't use Lockheed brakes, and certainly not French ones, but it was frustrating that we couldn't give the gentleman a definitive answer!

I recall Sabif. An independent Italian manufacturer bought out by Lancia and used extensively in that period. Parts are still readily available in Italy. I do not know whether or not Sabif supplied other manufacturers.
My Gussie carries Lockheed equipment but with imperial sizes.

Aurelia brakes are Italian Sabif brakes. Sabif was owned jointly by Alfa Romeo and Lancia. There ought to be no difficulties in obtaining spare parts.
