Carried out a full service today, getting ready for the summer, took a couple of photos as I just loved this compact V6 engine without air filter and rocker covers, the carbs are just domineering.

Peter, the first day of spring is on the vernal equniox (derived from the Latin for equal night) this year it is on the 20th March.

On the BBC weather forecast they said their definition was 1st March but it was very rare for it to make sense as "spring".

...and great picture.

David, this is another case of the BBC dumbing down, no doubt they will also say that Summer starts on the 1st June, Autumn on the 1st September and Winter on the 1st December, all which are of course wrong!

The caveat was that "Meteorologist would say" then went on to the common sense view.
