Went to see this a week ago Sunday with Chugga. Interior has been redone but put in with Phillips screws! Paint not good and a lot of welding needed underneath, it was not running when we saw ir and the steering wheel was off being mended. Decided too much work needed for what we were looking for.
But a good basis for someone at the right price.
