This single-seater just popped-up on Facebook, sold unfortunately, but it looks interesting and like it would have been a fun thing to own!
I can make out a sliding pillar front axle, what looks like a quite sophisticated tubular spaceframe (seen in the cockpit). Not sure what's going on with the rear suspension... All in all, it looks very professionally built.
Description from the ad:
We just found this Lancia in a barn in Switzerland
It has swiss papers showing Lancia AURAELIA Identity. This must be the remains of the original car. Apprently it was raced for hill climbing in the sixties.
It is fitted with a Flaminia engine.
The sale includes 2 engines. One Aurelia B12 2.3L and a Flaminia 2.5
This is a project that needs total restauration. No doubt it will become a head turning car in front engined cars meetings.

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C490687#Who can tell us more about this car? There was another Aurelia-based single seater for sale a couple of years ago, but that was different in many ways (it was rear-engined for a start and lacking rear bodywork).
