Hi All

Just removed my steering box as its leaking from...well everywhere. In doing so I thought it made sense to renew the 'fibre connector' (sure its got a better name than that) while I had the box off - anyway image below.

Does anyone know if part 22 just pulls off? Don't want to force it if I've missed something....?

Cheers
Dave

Thanks Dave - roll pin located beneath a layer of paint

Good news the steering box is in excellent health - its just the dried hard seals that need replacing

That is a great relief!!! Have you sourced the new Hardy Spicer coupling?

That certainly a much better name for it! Yes I have one.

Having issues with the parts supplied for the steering box - one of the seals was the wrong size. Apparently the supplier had mixed sizes in the parts bin...grrr - looks like another weekend without having a blast in the Flaminia... maybe I do need a reserve Lancia!

It's a bit modern but dare I mention the white Dedra on e-bay?
