Dedra off side front door locked solid

Has anyone had any experience of this happening on their Dedra.  I have disconnected the central locking, all the other doors open and close manually but I cannot get the OSF door to unlock and open.  I have taken the trim and metal panel off the inside, but still cannot see any apparent fault. Any suggestions will be appreciated, as at the moment I can't see any other way of opening it other than being brutal and that would be a pity.

Follow up to my original mail.  I managed to get the door open eventually but only after breaking the lock from the inside. The mechanism inside the plastic case is quite complex and so I think looking at the bits, part of the case broke and caused it to lock up solid.  The T&D Consortium are going to look for a new lock for me but not till the end of the month so if anyone else has got an OSF door lock complete or a whole door spare, then I would be very interested - long shot I know, but no harm in asking.
