S2/3 brake servo.

Brake servo is leaking air. Presumably diaphragm has split.

Anyone know if repair kits are available?

I have spoken to Omicron who advised that servos don't often fail and that new ones, or repair kits, are no longer available.

Has anyone bought stuff from M.A.R.A. di Poledro Fabio, in Milan? They seem to have kits and servos.

Thats odd because I thought Omicron rebuilt that stuff. MARA is an old established firm - they advertise on vivalancia.com - but I have never bought from them. Have you tried Cavalitto?

I think I am partly to blame for my broken servo. I turned the little nut that interfaces with the MC, and in doing so may have turned the whole push rod. Could this have broken something?
When I put it all back together I connected my new vacuum pump to the hose inlet and didn't get any vacuum. None at all.

I should say that I don't think it was perfect before, and with the vacuum take off on the manifold temporally capped, the engine 
idled and started much more cleanly than it ever has.

I'll try Italy for parts. More expensive now of course.

Yes,  I bought parts from them, seemed decent enough to deal with, but not yet fitted said parts to the B12  engine I'm rebuilding yet though...will know next month!

Don't give up on a UK source! JL Spares of Rochdale have a good reputation for refurbishing servos and are I believe used by some of the specialist suppliers. I think their prices are very reasonable too. http://www.jlspares.com/brakeparts.htm

JL spares is just the sort of company I have been looking for. I think I have sourced a recon unit, however I will probably try and get my old servo reconditioned and looks like JL could be up for that.

Got a call back from Martin at Omicron to say they don't have any used servos. They do have a new one, but this is understandably expensive.

Ref my earlier post in the Eezy bleeding thread regarding our 1998 300,000 mile Toyota Landcruiser, much to my surprise new brake servos are not available from Toyota anymore - more surprising in light of the fact that whilst this model was superseded in Europe in 1998 it continued to be built for certain Far Eastern and the Australian market for years afterwards. so.....I have made a note of JL Spares as a port of call if we have a problem. Thanks.
