Hi all,
I purchased a rough series 1 coupe 1.2 last year. We started the engine today and it sounds fine. Having looked at the engine code it refers to a fulvia 1c or 2c which is only a  1091 cc. I have located a series 3 coupe cengine for sale but am not sure if my carbs, starter motor, gearbox etc will fit.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks Dave

No, an S3 engine will not help unless a lot of modifications are made. For example, radiator, fan, alternator etc. The gearbox mating is not straightforward either, Andrea
