'The Car- All the world's greatest cars week by week' says 'B24 Spider with its striking panoramic wind-screen (said to have been shared with the rear glazing of a Hillman Saloon!)' (Page 1637) Has anyone here heard of this before?

It sounds like an urban myth. The Spyder front screen looks similar to an Audax series Hillman Minx rear window but according to the great oracle Wiki that was introduced in 1956 whereas the Aurelia Spyder was introduced in 1954.

As a follow up to this I was looking for something in Lancia in Britain when I spotted this picture. It looks to me like a B24 being towed by a Hillman Minx! I have to confess though that it looks like a Series 1 Minx rather than the Series 2 with the wrap around rear screen.
