Does anyone have a recommendation for an individual/company who can fully re-build a Weber 40DCZ  carburettor. we have used an appropriate service kit but
there is wear in the spindles, which precludes its being properly set up.   Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I too would be interested in some carburettor advice, as my Flaminia has an idle jet problem. The idle jet seems to be blocked. Partial removal cures the problem. Choke disguises the problem. Removal of the jet reveals nothing, no debris in the tiny jet. Refitted the problem is gone. Icing? This happens with both cylinder banks. The poor combustion then leads to plug fouling. Advice welcome as ever.
