The Kent Showground will be hosting the Heritage Transport Show on Saturday 7 April 2018 from 10am to 4pm. On display will over 700 vehicles including motorbikes, cars, tractors, commercials and many more. We will also be joined by the South East Bus Festival, which last year boasted a display of over 100 buses and coaches.

We would like to invite your club to join us at the Heritage Transport Show. Should you wish to attend, please complete the attached form and return it to the Show Office or enter online here: www.kentshowground.co.uk/heritage-transport-show/ Please also make sure all members attending complete a Vehicle Exhibit Form, noting the club name.
The Heritage Transport Show was set up nine years ago by a committee of volunteers with a passion for heritage and vintage vehicles. The Heritage Transport Show aims to raise money for the Kent County Agricultural Society and the Heritage Vintage Vehicle Section at the annual Kent County Show.

The Heritage Transport Show has grown over the years and now hosts an exciting variety of attractions and areas.
Maidstone Exhibition Hall

The 2018 Heritage Transport Show will again take place in the Maidstone Exhibition Hall and surrounding outdoor space. The 3000m2 single span area provides more undercover space for trade, vehicle displays and attractions. Inside space is limited but we can confirm available space nearer the Show if required. Individual vehicle entries wanting to be located inside are accepted on the day on a first come first serve basis.

South East Bus Festival
Once again we will be working in partnership with the South East Bus Festival. This part of the Show is a firm favourite, featuring a display of over 100 buses and 40 bus related trade stands. Guests can take advantage of as many free vintage bus rides around the Showground as they like. For more information visit their website https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/south-east-bus-festival or follow them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/southeastbusfestival.

Tonbridge Farmers Market
Returning for 2018 will be the Tonbridge Farmers Market. This will give our visitors the chance to buy the food that was once produced with the help of some of the vehicles and machinery on display. Producers will be selling food and drink which has been grown and produced in the local Kent area.

Trade Stands and Autojumble Section
The Heritage Transport Show will also feature a collection of interesting trade and autojumble stands for visitors to peruse. All autojumble stands will be outside; however we have trade space both inside and outside. If you know of a trader that you would like to see at the Show, please tell them about us or contact Becky Parrock in the Show Office.

Vintage Tea Room
Based in the Astor Pavilion, our vintage tea room provides a good cup of tea, homemade cakes and lunches. We also have a working Naafi Wagon on site so if you prefer to drink your cup of tea from a tin mug, make sure you visit this interesting exhibit.

The 2018 Kent County Show
The Kent County Show will be held on the 6, 7, and 8 July 2018. The Show is the region's showcase event for farming, countryside and rural life. The three-day show brings together the very best of Kent; where animals, food, fun and excitement give a true feel of what ‘The Garden of England’ has to offer. The Show also features the Heritage Vintage Vehicle Section, which is the perfect area for vintage vehicle enthusiasts. If you would like to bring your vehicle to the 2018 Kent County Show, please contact the Show Office for more information.
