National Rally and AGM 2020

Hello All.
The National Rally and AGM will take place July 24-27 2020, and will be held at The Oxford Belfry Hotel, Thame, Oxfordshire, Junction 7 of M40.

The hotel has had £5m refurbishment spent, and rooms plus common parts greatly improved since our last visit 9 years ago.

Format will be the usual programme, Friday night barbecue(weather permitting in courtyard) or buffet dinner inside in private room.

Saturday run and Gala 3 course dinner in private room with our own bar, guest speaker TBC.

Sunday AGM again in private room, prize giving, Concours D'Elegance in field next to hotel, Sunday lunch is also available at extra cost which should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival, and then trophy presentation.


Price for a couple in double room for whole weekend is £320, which can be booked directly with the hotel, details below.

Once booked, you will receive a code to enable you to choose your Gala dinner menu options.

Those wishing to bring a dog, can do so,the hotel charges extra for possible damage, and there is a limited number of rooms for this .

Hi All.
It is regrettable, but it was decided to postpone this years AGM National Rally until 2021 at the same venue.
This means same rate applies, and if you have already booked, please contact the hotel using your confirmation at least seven days before the event date, then it will be refunded in full.
The date for next year is July 30- August 1st.

This will clash once again with VSCC Prescott which is always the 1st Sunday in August.  Will mean no vintage Lancias will come as there is probably a special getting together at Prescott for the 100th celebration.

Can National Rally be moved to the last full weekend in July please.

The Committee did agree to avoid this happening again after the last clash......

Hi All.
Having the committee re consider this date clashing with the VSSC meeting, it has been decided to move the date of the National Rally and AGM to the weekend before, 23-25th July 2021.
We are fortunate that the hotel could accomodate us.
Any member who had booked for this year and received a confirmation from the hotel, will have their reservation transferred across to next years dates.
If this is not needed, please cancel your booking with the hotel directly, using your reference code.
I would do this sooner rather than later, to avoid mistakes, but it can be cancelled up to 7 days before your stay so I am told.
