I think I spotted at least one Lancia Ardea in C'e Ancora Domani, which I understand has been a big film in Italy.

Astura  (?) drophead seen in film "The Sea Wolves" driven by David Niven. 1980 film about wartime  British commando  attack on German ships trapped in Indian port so car is presumably still in India

A white drophead, registration in the film, CAL 512.
