Car Show @ The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth

Dear Owners Club,

Chris here from The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth. We are pleased to announce that we will be running another Car Show at the Sanctuary this year on Sunday 3rd July 10am-2pm. At last year’s show we were host to over 300 fantastic cars of all different types from humble Austins to exotic Lamborghinis and we also attracted around 2,000 visitors, and we are going to make it even bigger this year!

The 2016 Donkey Sanctuary Car Show aims to bring car fanatics of all types together, showcasing vintage era to modern day classics. This show is a ‘must-attend’ for anyone with an enthusiasm for cars. As well as getting to see the cars on show, there will be trade stands, refreshments and a BBQ.
For the exhibitors, there will be a host of ‘Show & Shine’ and ‘Best in Show’ awards taking place throughout the day, with each exhibitor’s car or club being automatically entered.

I’d like to extend an invitation to you to attend this year’s show either as a club or as solo entries. If you’d like to attend as a club, just let me know how many you’d be bringing and I will make you a space for a club stand on the day. If any of your members would like to attend on their own, they can attend by doing one of the following things below.

VISITOR ADMISSION

£3 per adult and £1 for children under 16. Under 6’s free.

EXHIBITORS

This year, it will be £5 per car for exhibitors (payable on entrance), with no additional charge for passengers, so if you would like to bring your pride and joy please do one of the following:

SINGLE ENTRIES

Option One: Email your name, car make, model and registration to us at chris.phillips@thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk

Option Two: Post up a picture of your car on our Facebook event page with your registration and tell us you’re coming. www.facebook.com/events/545421458948440

Cars will be allowed on to the show field from 9am and need to be in position for the gates to open to the public at 10am.

We will also be accepting early entries on the day, but if you are considering exhibiting, the best way is to contact us first.
